SoftCo, a leading document management and workflow solutions provider, is pleased to announce the implementation of SoftCo on-demand FormsAccess in the Mater Private Hospital. SoftCo FormsAccess is a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that captures, securely archives and manages all hospital claims documentation, removing delays and delivering real cost savings. There are no IT costs, no capital costs and no hassle.
The paper-based claim process whereby a hospital submits treatment details to the patient’s medical insurance company can be slow and lost documentation may require a claim to be completely re-collated within the hospital before it can be submitted for processing. Working with Vhi Healthcare, Ireland's largest insurer, all claims documentation is now captured and stored in a compliant common repository allowing hospital staff access to any claims document which has been submitted for processing by their hospital, on-demand. This results in speedier query resolution within the hospital.
