SoftCo on-demand manages all Proof of Delivery (PoD) dockets and supplier invoices for Harrington’s, one of the largest independent manufacturers of concrete and quarry stone products in Ireland.
Harrington’s old manual paper-based PoD docket filing and retrieval process was time consuming, as it dealt with in excess of 100,000 PoD’s per year. With SoftCo on-demand, all documents are scanned into a central repository, securely archived and immediately available online. The resulting decrease in response times, when dealing with customer invoice queries and copy PoD requests, have benefited both productivity and administration efficiencies. There are no capital costs and no I.T. costs. Just a simple fixed monthly fee and no hassle.
