Online Safe is a Content-Addressed Storage (CAS) system that assigns a unique digital fingerprint to each document ensuring they are completely unalterable. In addition, the technology incorporates 'single instance storage' to reduce space costs for all customers.
Online Safe is certified as compliant with the British Standards Institution’s (BSI) requirements for the storage of data. All documents are securely archived on fast magnetic media and only authorised users have access. Document retention and disposal policies ensure compliance and full lifecycle management.
